Public Training Workshops

The Quality Coaching Co. is a leading provider of healthcare and public health-centered Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management training certifications. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt for Healthcare

A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is typically a supervisor or team member who contributes process-specific subject matter expertise in order to improve the impact and success of the Quality Improvement project. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course skillfully blends the tools of Lean with the rigor of the DMAIC methodology. Quality Improvement Capstone Project Simulation

Our Capstone Project Simulation, designed for teams that do not have ready access to a real-life project opportunity post training, is a rigorous quality improvement event. Using step-by-step DMAIC methodology, you will address a familiar problem that is in desperate need of a solution. During this Project Simulation, you will work on a learning team, be guided through e-Learning, and mentored by our Quality Coach. Everything you need to complete the project is access online: templates, tutorials, learning reviews, simulations, data sets and more.

Delivered in one, three, or four-day project sessions (depending on the LSS Belt course), our Capstone Project Simulation presents a unique opportunity to apply the skills and tools learned in the Lean Six Sigma courses.
