You’ll have the support of a certified Quality coach to assess the current state of your organization quality plan, give you honest feedback, and offer a range of quality improvement solutions to help your organization think strategically about long-term goals. Through our coaching process you will improve operations, enhance care and workplace safety, improve service results and add value to your healthcare team to build a sustainable culture of quality.
Step 1: Meet with Your Coach and Conduct a Discovery Meeting
Step 2: Perform a Comprehensive Organizational Program and Culture of Quality Assessment
Step 3: Set Goals and Develop a Shared Quality Strategic Plan
Step 4: Agree on Coaching Support Model and Launch Program
Step 5: Track Execution, Performance, and Accountability.
